Hi Sayang~~

Apa khabar? Anyone from Malaysia? You can call me otaku (my nick in the forum). Otaku means girls who loved to stay home all time and hate to go out! (by the way..this is Japanese)..

I'm from KK in Sabah..I've only started cross stitching two years ago when I first saw the Korean charts!! and especially when I know cross stitching can be made into pillows etc rather than just decoration on the wall~

Pls join this thread if you are a Malaysian and we can share information about cross stitch stuff in Malaysia like where we can find certain brands and stuff!

I am Casey from Penang, Malaysia. I am a typical office worker and married with a 5 years old daughter. I started cross stitching few years ago.

In Penang, I can only find 2 shops selling DMC floss and fabric. For the fabric, most common available color is white and ivory. And I found that the chart and kits are selling quite expensive in the shop.

i wouldnt dare to start the malaysian thread if i havent seen a malaysian in this forum..LoL... i'm a fifth year uni student currently studying in australia...

i am from sabah by the way~~i love to buy handicraft stuff but never really do them!!! i only know of one shop in centre point selling floss and fabric for cross stitching... there are actually many shops like that in Sabah..but i used to love knitting so havent been noticing the cross stitch stuff in the shops..
